Warranty & Return Policy

Return Policy:
You may return at your expense any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging when possible. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error. To obtain a refund, email: sales@mycrazysexylife.com. Refunds take approximately four weeks.

Warranty:
As resellers, we make no warranties for manufacturer’s defects or damage. If a product is damaged in shipping to a US address, we will replace and ship (standard rate) at no cost to you. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for damage on orders shipped outside the US at this time. Please see Shipping Info for more details.
