Shipping Info
We use the US Postal Service for all shipping. On the checkout page there will be two options: Priority Mail and First Class / 7 day.
US customers have the option of Priority Mail for all shipments.
Non-US customers, when choosing Priority, only have the option of Priority Flat Rate envelopes. This option may only be selected for the following items:
1 DVD
2 DVDs
1 Book
1 Book & 1 DVD
US Only:
Price includes Delivery Confirmation charge.
Outside the US:
Priority Flat Rate International includes delivery confirmation.
No additional services are available on first class international shipments, including: delivery confirmation, return receipt, insurance. Please see Warranty and Return Policy for details, and the Lost Shipments paragraph below.
Lost Shipments:
If delivery is confirmed by US Postal Service, we are not responsible for packages lost after delivery – you will have to pay for another order. For US shipments, if order is lost due to Post Office error, we will send you a new order at no cost to you.
No refunds or replacements of lost orders are available for shipments outside the US at this time. This means you ship AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are working to add tracking and insurance features for international shipments. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Orders are filled and shipped within four days of sale. Payments through Paypal can take longer to clear.
